Dear PHS Boys Hockey Supporter,

On behalf of the Peabody High School Boys Ice Hockey team, we are writing to let you know that the 2011-2012 season is fast approaching. It is time once again for our “Ad” program book to be put together. In past years, the advertisement donations have made hockey season a great success for all the players. The best way to help the high school boys’ hockey team is to purchase advertising space in the book. Your donation will help to benefit the events sponsored by the Hockey Boosters.

Attached, please find the necessary form to place your business or personal advertisement. For those who have placed an ad in the past, your continued support will be greatly appreciated. For new sponsors, your show of support will help carry on the traditions of a proud and meaningful hockey program at Peabody High School.

Please make your checks payable to: Peabody High School Hockey Boosters. Also, please feel free to make additional copies of the sponsor form.

The books are scheduled to be printed at the start of the season. We would be very grateful if you could submit your ad before December 1^st.
